As operators and investors in numerous software companies, we bring an experienced, efficient approach to the investment process and look to be a value-added operating partner to each portfolio company.

In addition, Lone Rock is organized to pursue unique and challenging transactions. Our operating experience combined with our in-house back office capabilities uniquely positions us to pursue transactions that other investment firms cannot.

General guidelines in our review of a potential investment include:

• Revenue between $5mm - $100mm (smaller add-ons considered)
• Established market presence
• Diversified base of enterprise or business customers
• Unique, proprietary solutions or technologies
• Growth below 10% (including negative growth)
• No requirement for established management team
• No profitability requirements
• Corporate carve-outs of non-strategic or underperforming assets welcome
